1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
When you submit your information on our site or related pages, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address, and phone number.
Email & SMS marketing: we may send you emails and/or text messages about our program or other updates.

2. How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to not accept.


3. How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at info@springboardtowealth.com.

4. Online Platform 
Our courses are on the Springboard To Wealth App & Desktop Platform hosted by Circle. They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to provide our online course to you. Your data is stored through Kajabi’s data storage. 


Payment:
If you make a purchase, we use a third party payment processor such as SamCart. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.


5. Third Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

Springboard to Wealth and its principals, partners, affiliates, and agents, hereinafter defined as “Coach” or “Program,” the client(s) will be referred to as “Client” or “Student”.


PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:

Student acknowledges that Coach will share with Student proprietary and confidential information and strategies developed by Coach regarding real estate investment and will provide Student with proprietary and confidential materials developed by Coach. The information, strategies, and materials were developed by Coach through the investment of significant time, effort, and expense, and the information is a valuable, special, and unique asset of Coach, which provides Coach with a significant competitive advantage. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” means any information which is proprietary to Coach, which is not generally known to the public, and which Student obtains through direct or indirect contact with Coach. Confidential Information includes but is not limited to, marketing strategies, contract terms, pricing strategies, know-how, trade secrets, and any other information relating to the investment strategies developed by Coach, whether such information is provided in written, oral, graphic, pictorial, or recorded form. All information furnished to the Student by the Coach will be considered Confidential Information unless otherwise indicated.

SOLICITATION OF STUDENTS PROHIBITED: Our community guidelines strictly prohibit members from soliciting investments from other members. These rules are in place to protect the integrity of our network and to ensure that all financial dealings are conducted transparently and lawfully. This is a community for support, education and guidance. Any posts or indications a member is attempting to solicit funds from other members will result in your immediate removal.

 

NON-DISCLOSURE OF PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:

Student will not disclose and will use his/her best efforts to prevent the unintentional disclosure of Confidential Information to any third party unless Coach expressly consents in writing to the disclosure. 

 

NO WARRANTY:

The Coach does not warrant or guarantee that Students will earn any specific level of profit as a result of the Coaching Program. Real estate investment strategies do not ensure a profit and do not protect against losses in declining or changing markets. Students should consult his/her own legal counsel, accountant, or other professional advisors as to legal, tax, and related matters. Student represents and warrants that he/she has consulted, or has had the opportunity to consult, his/her legal counsel, accountant, or other advisors prior to entering into this Agreement.

 

NO JOINT VENTURE:

This Agreement does not constitute a joint venture, agency relationship, or a partnership of any kind between Student and Coach, and none will be implied by the terms of this Agreement. 

 

AFFILIATE MARKETING AND ADVERTISING:

We engage in affiliate marketing whereby we receive a commission or a percentage of the sale of services on or throughout the course/website.

 

FORCE MAJEURE:

We are not liable to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.

RESULTS:

Testimonials, case studies, and examples found on our website are results that have been forwarded to us by users of "Springboard To Wealth" products and related products, and may not reflect the typical purchaser's experience, may not apply to the average person and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

IMPORTANT: By participating in any coaching call, webinar, or breakout session hosted by Springboard to Wealth, you are agreeing to the following terms, conditions, and guidelines. Please read carefully:

  1. Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions
    You acknowledge and agree that your participation in any coaching session hosted by Springboard to Wealth ("Company") is subject to the terms, conditions, and guidelines set forth by the Company. These terms are binding, and by entering the call, you agree to comply with all rules and policies in effect at the time of the session.

  2. Compliance with Applicable Laws
    You agree to abide by all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and requirements governing your activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that any actions or decisions you take as a result of participating in this coaching program comply with the laws in your jurisdiction. The Company does not guarantee or ensure legal or regulatory compliance.

  3. Independent Due Diligence
    While Springboard to Wealth, its employees, and breakout room leaders may offer advice, guidance, and educational content, you acknowledge that any information provided is for educational purposes only. You agree to conduct your own due diligence and research before taking any action based on the content shared during these sessions. The Company does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is your responsibility to seek independent counsel for such matters.

  4. No Guarantees of Results
    You understand that the coaching provided does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or financial success. The Company and its leaders make no representations regarding the success or profitability of any strategies discussed during the sessions. Individual results may vary, and past success is not indicative of future performance.

  5.     By participating in any coaching call, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Springboard to Wealth, its officers, employees, contractors, and breakout room leaders from any liability, loss, claim, or damage, including but not limited to claims arising from your participation in any session, reliance on any information provided, or actions taken based on advice or guidance received during the call. This includes any losses, damages, or legal actions that may arise as a result of your use of the information provided.

  7. Confidentiality and Code of Conduct
    You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during the coaching session. You are also expected to follow the Company's Code of Conduct, showing respect for other participants, adhering to the guidelines for appropriate conduct, and refraining from any disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior.
